How do I get the book(s) I purchased?

All books are delivered via Bookfunnel. After you have received a confirmation email from your purchase, you will receive another email from Bookfunnel.

If you click the button in the email you can claim your copy of your book. If you cannot find your email you can find all your links to downloads here: https://purchase.bookfunnel.com/7n6wslat1e

What format can I get your books in?

Through Bookfunnel, you can get the book as a Kindle Mobi file, an Epub file (works for Nook, Kobo, Apple readers, and most others) or a pdf file.

Physical copies are also available.

Help! I can’t get my book.

If you have trouble, just click the Help link at the top of the book download page. The tech support on Bookfunnel can walk you through any troubles you are having.

My book download has expired?

When you purchase one of my books the download link is only valid for 14 days. After that you need to contact me to have it resent.

Can I get a return or refund on my order?

Digital items (ebooks, audiobooks, etc) cannot be returned or refunded. If you are having an issue with downloading your book please contact Bookfunnel for tech support. 

Orders for physical copies can be cancelled if it has not been shipped yet. After that they can only be returned or refunded if there is an issue with the order (wrong book, damage items). Erin Bedford and Embrace the Fantasy Publishing, LLC are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items once shipped.
