So now I’m an army wife…

On January 28th, 2019 at approximately 1600 (that’s 4pm for most of us), my husband signed away the next 8 years of his life. To what you may ask? The Army. Now some of you may like or not like the army and that’s okay. I’ve never been one to lean one way or the other to be honest. Okay. That’s a lie. I briefly was all Army Of One, Hooah! when I was about 19 and had something to prove. And that proved to be I didn’t like being told what to do every day all day and getting in trouble for other people’s mistakes. Hence why now I’m… Read More

Let’s go back to the Underground!

It’s been about 2 years since I finished Chasing Shadows and promised more to come. Well, sorry for the delay but it’s finally here! The Crimes of Alice is a prequel to Chasing Rabbits and happens at the same time as Chasing Hearts.  This is the first step before I start working on Dorian and Alice’s separate spinoffs.  Before I get bombarded with emails asking: Yes. You can read this one before Chasing Rabbits. Yes. You can read it after Chasing Rabbits or any other book in the series. You won’t be spoiling it for yourself. Now without further ado! Go grab The Crimes of Alice today! This book is… Read More

Boston Fantasy Fest

Last month I had the chance to attend the first ever Boston Fantasy Fest for urban fantasy writers. I had initially decided to go as an attendee only but a last minute changed had me scrambling to get books and swag so I could be a signer. And I’m so glad I did!                   It was so much fun meeting everyone at Boston Fantasy Fest. Some of my favorite author friends were there and I got to meet them for the first time ever.                   I wished I had gone earlier so I could… Read More

All the things!

So first off fun stuff. Chasing Rabbits is free for a few days! Yay 🎉 April was a crap month for me. Unexpected sickness ran amok causing all sorts of havoc on my writing schedule. Rapunzel Untamed preorder had to be cancelled and I still don’t have a definite release date. I had hoped to have it done this month but that didn’t happen because of other pressing works. 😭😭😭 However this means next month, aka tomorrow, will be a month full of releases. With the potential of three releases in total! I won’t tell to you which one’s but I will tell you they are all Reverse Harems. I… Read More

The Day of the Reverse Harem

Lately, some of you might have noticed, I’ve deterred away from urban fantasy fairy tales and crime fighting angels into the hot world of the reverse harem. Really, I had no idea reverse harems were even a thing (in America). I’d only heard of them in the many, many, animes I’ve watched throughout my life time. Hell, I didn’t even know Anita Blake (my Bible!) was even considered a reverse harem until someone told me. So, when J.A. Cipriano came to me and was like ‘Hey, wanna do a dragonshifter reverse harem?’ I was like ‘Huh?’ then after many back and forths was like ‘Hell yeah, I do!’ And I’m… Read More

Until Midnight Chapter 1 Preview

The house was silent as I crept from my bed. No one else would wake until well after ten. By then I would be long gone. I slipped into my clothes, a pair of fitted black pants and a tan shirt with laces at the top. My boots I carried so they wouldn’t give me away as I made my way through the house. Back home I wouldn’t have to sneak out. My father and I would have both been awake by now and ready to start the day, but my father wasn’t here, and this wasn’t home. Not really. Stopping by the kitchen, I grabbed an apple from the… Read More

I’m back! Leaving KU and going Wide!

I haven’t posted in a while mainly because I’ve been too caught up in being a full time author and stay at home mom. That being said, this is what’s going on. This month has been all about moving books from Kindle Unlimited to the other retailers (Nook, iBooks, Kobo, etc). Currently, the Fairy Tale Bad Boys have been moved completely and there is a complete box set (including Stepbrother!) for them available as well. I also moved the Celestial War Chronicles wide as well, Song of Blood and Fire is available everywhere while Visions of War and Water is now on preorder. Next, up is Until Midnight which is… Read More

Game of Doctors

I don’t get to watch a lot of television. Mainly because I have a full time job and a toddler who only allows me to watch shows that sing or involve some kind of talking animal. But when I do get the rare chance to watch something it is usually one of two shows. Doctor Who and Game of Thrones. **WARNING: SPOILERS AHEAD!* So everyone who knows what Doctor Who is knows the internet is blowing up about the announcement of the new Doctor. If you don’t know or never watched it then you need to hop on Netflix and catch up! But really, there is a lot of whining… Read More
