So today I get to start a new project. Problem is, the project I want to work on isn’t what is in the line up for this next month’s to releases.
I’m supposed to be working on Genies but what I really want to work on is vampires. And who wouldn’t? Vampires are cool. Just like bow ties are cool!
I actually only have two stories that have vampires as the main focus. Vampire CEO and Stepbrother. While both were fun to write they are nothing like the one I want to work on, except maybe a bit like Stepbrother since it’s also a fairy tale retelling and that it is a Cinderella story but with more of a dystopia Hunger Games feel to it.
Vampires have been done a lot but the market hasn’t died for it yet so why not go with the popular crowd? (Sidenote: who doesn’t love Spike ^^?)
It’ll be a three part series and will hopefully be done in completion sometime this year. Maybe I’ll release it all together around Halloween? Halloween’s a good time for vampires.
But knowing me I’ll get impatient and release them as soon as they are done. ;-P
